This sporting event/league involves physical contact and it is in its nature that there is a certain risk of injury to the participants and viewers. These risks include running into equipment, picnic tables, or other players, as well as being hit by volleyballs or slipping, or falling. I hereby acknowledge that I have read and I am familiar with the restrictions and conditions of participating in this sporting event/league.  I understand that NETBINDERS and all other sponsors do not agree to my participating in this league without signing this instrument. I hereby, for myself and my heirs and personal representatives, waive, release and forever discharge NETBINDERS, and all other  sponsors,their officers, agents, and employees from all claims and causes of action for injuries I may suffer in either participation in, or being present at this sporting event/league.
