Team Registration

Please submit payment via Venmo (using the "pay a friend" option), PayPal (please include an additional $5.00 for processing fees), or mail within 7 days of this registration. Your team is not in the league until payment is received. Refunds are up to Netbinders owner discretion. Prices good only until April 15 (NEW).  All league fees go up 20 dollars after.  (Leagues start early May this year.  Ends in mid Sept.)

NEW: If you see a Kaptcha warning, just ignore it until I can get this fixed.  It appears to still go through regardless.
